MISSION STATEMENT
The mission of the Mogul Neighborhood Association (MNA) is the protection and preservation of the quality of life for all the residents of the Mogul neighborhood of Washoe County, Nevada. To these ends, the MNA strives to promote infrastructure and development which is appropriate and compatible with the Truckee River Corridor, and which considers the unique character of our community. Our vision of Mogul is based upon creating and sustaining a livable community, one that is respectful of public safety, open space, outdoor recreation, history, culture, natural resources, and neighborhood continuity/connectivity for the current and future generation - not just for residents of Mogul - but for all of the people of our region.
Update: There is (or will be) a new owner of the large site south of I-80 at the Mogul Exit, S3, which is owned by Blake Smith. Click to access S3's website to see their other projects around our area. We have concerns about the proposed building and use, and we have further concerns about whether the project will change to a heavier use once construction has started.
